Cancellation 

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you contact us at least 24 hours prior to appointment.

 

Due to high demand, your advanced notice will allow another patient access to the session time.

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time.

A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling.

 

In either case, a fee equal to the reserved service will be charged.

LVL Nutrition provides quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. When booking your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients.

In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please contact LVL Nutrition as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience our practitioners, as well as other patients. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments when booking online.

Reschedule

If reschedule is necessary, we require that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Your advanced notice will allow another patient access to the session time.

A reschedule is considered late when the appointment is rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointed time.

In this case, the appointment can be rescheduled a maximum of twice. If appointment is rescheduled a third time, a fee equal to the reserved service will be charged.
